How'd we get here?

Dyer Coffee started in September 2020 with the goal of bringing specialty coffee to our local community in Union City, CA. Originally beginning as a true "micro roaster," we sold small-batch beans from a tiny home coffee roaster. The satisfaction of providing a good product to our friends and family was bliss. Wanting to offer more, we gradually curated a drink menu that balances classic drinks and "What is this?" options.
